When I was in London, I noticed one of the world's largest banks not taking care of their brand and it made me wonder how many of us overlook our visual identity. When we get up in the morning, we normally groom ourselves so that we can put our best face forward, but when it comes to our company's face, things sometimes go awry.

At The Portables we are guilty of that as well. Our sign above our Richmond facility is showing its age and everyday when I walk into the building I cringe at the sight of this. Now, I can justify the delay as we are headed towards an identity change in the next couple of months but waiting for that day is quite painful. Next time you walk into your office take a look at the face that your clients see and how you can improve upon that. After all you don't want to be the company that is missing an important part of your logo icon.

Doing some branding research for my interactive media degree I came across this article. Looked at your website because I had recalled a campaign you had implemented some time ago.
'5 seconds baby'! Even after 10+ years this campaign and it's image is still in my head. Although strickly speaking it may not have been 'branding'; but it was a very clever marketing strategy which influenced the market just as branding of a business does.
